Classes
Our truffle classes can be booked with a minimum of 10 and a max of 25 people. This is a hands on class and everyone will learn how to create a tray of colorful truffles with cocoa butter and fill them with a flavored filing. Learn the techniques and process of creating truffles from Chocolatier Justin Schaffer.
Each person will create a tray of truffles from start to finish and take home everything they make (32 pieces).
Parties are welcomed to bring to bring; cake, snacks, appetizers, drinks or a bottle of wine to make their event or celebration special.$75.00 per person - Reservations Required
