Chocolatier, Justin Schaffer started his passion with chocolate as a young boy. Along side his sister, Lauren, they started making chocolate treats for friends and family for holidays, birthdays & other special occasions as a hobby calling themselves "Konfectionary Kids". They began attending events & selling their creations at tradeshows and around the community. As the demand grew for these handmade chocolates, Justin developed a passion for creating chocolates.

As Justin got older he turned his passion into a reality and "For the Love of Chocolate" started. Working out of a small kitchen & office space, he began making chocolates that were "made to order". Creating custom orders for doctor's offices, corporate gifting, weddings & various businesses around Southwest Florida. As the business grew so did the demand for retail shop. Along with creating logos and branding came the final business name of "Irresistible Confections".

In February of 2010, Irresistible Confections opened their first retail shop. In December 2010 their second shop opened in the Historic Downtown River District at The Franklin Shops.

Justin is well known for his charitable contributions and community service. Not only winning many awards in his creative talents but in his service efforts. Justin believes in giving back to his local community and making a difference by volunteering and mentoring others to follow their dreams.
